Relationship coaching – The Unity Programme

Relationship coaching is not counselling, you don't pay me to listen to you argue, you work out what you want in a positive atmosphere.
Relationship coaching is not counselling, it’s about achieving what you want in a relationship.

The Unity Program is solution focused relationship coaching – not marriage counselling. I do not ask you how you feel about situations or sit and wait for you to stop arguing. It’s about finding out what you both really want from a relationship. I help couples, be they straight, same sex, married or just in a partnership to focus on what they want to build their relationship upon. It is not based around any religious ethos like some marriage guidance programs and although the first introductory session is best performed with both people present, the latter sessions can be performed separately in clinic or by Skype.

If you want to get the best out of marriage or a relationship you’ve always wanted then coaching is the way for you and your partner – learn to:

  • Recognise the positives in each other
  • Communicate more effectively
  • Build lasting trust
  • Meet each others needs
  • Develop a lasting supportive friendship
  • Learn to manage conflicts
  • Seeing the strength in your differences
  • Plan a compelling future together
  • Work out if the relationship is worth saving or not
  • Build confidence in meeting people

Men and women do think and behave differently in different circumstances, you can learn how those differences effect the way you communicate and what you can do about it. We look at the circumstances that brought you both together and look at each others strengths instead of focusing on the weaknesses.

The Unity Program is made up of Session 1, where I meet the couple and we establish what they want to achieve. They may be questioning whether their relationship is worth saving, and this session can help establish both goals. Subsequent sessions may be the individuals working on the things they would like to change in themselves and the final session will wrap all the sessions up and help the couple move forwards into the relationship they both want.

The Unity Program is only performed in clinic in Abingdon on a Wednesday evening or a Friday afternoon and by Skype at prearranged times.

The costs are £100 per couple together and £75 for evenings or weekend skype. Each single session is £75 in clinic. If you would like to find out more please contact me by form or text “unity” to 07508 658934.
